The Xtreme-1000E receives an off-air 8VSB, brings the bit stream down to base-band Transport Stream (TS), and re-modulates to an 8VSB R.F. agile channel output on UHF bands.  An automatic self-correcting linear and non-linear pre-correction is built-in to the unit.  Meets the 8VSB Exciter requirements for a full power DTV transmitter.
