Every KTech product is warranted for one year from the date of purchase against unit malfunction due to manufacturing defects. During this warranty period, KTech will correct any covered defect without charge for parts or labor.
There will be a repair and handling charge if the product is no longer covered by KTech’s warranty.
Service warranty for repairs on out-of-warranty products covers parts and labor for 90 days from the date of repair. Under this warranty, the unit is guaranteed to be free of the same defect(s) for 90 days or KTech will repair the problem at no charge for parts or labor.
Items that are physically damaged, misused, tampered with, altered or missing warranty stickers or serial numbers are void of warranty.
1. An RMA number will be issued to the customer once it has been determined that the issue with the unit cannot be resolved over the phone or with a firmware upgrade. The RMA would be given the same day of the troubleshooting over the phone and/or sent via e-mail if requested.
2. Return items are to be properly packed by a courier with a tracking number. KTech will not be responsible for packages lost or delivered to the wrong address. The RMA number MUST be clearly marked on the outside of the box. Packages that do not have the RMA number clearly on the outside will not be repaired until we get the proper notification of the issue with the defective unit from the customer.
3. Customer is responsible for freight.

REPAIR / REPLACEMENT
Merchandise found to be defective within 15 days of original purchase date, will be replaced depending on stock availability. Replacement will be sent UPS ground within the continental USA only. All other return shipping including express shipping will be at customer’s expense.
CREDIT / REFUND
No credit or refund will be provided on the following
• Special ordered items
• Shipping charges
• Insurance charges
• Freight insurance
• Custom charges or labor charges
Refund (vs. Credit) will be issued by KTech company check. This must be approved during RMA request.
A minimum 25% restocking fee applies to all returns of non-defective items. Items must be in original sealed condition.
